By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Diagnostic platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service provides an online diagnostic assessment, automated scoring, an executive report, and — where purchased — an Executive Strategy Review. Outputs are advisory business information generated from the answers you supply. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulatory advice, and no specific business outcome, revenue result, or savings figure is guaranteed.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity on your account. Accounts are for a single organization and may not be shared. One diagnostic may be run per account unless we authorize additional runs.

The AI Business & Workforce Diagnostic + Executive Strategy Review is sold as a one-time purchase of $1,500 USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

All sales are final. Because this is a digital product delivering immediate access to proprietary assessment content, scoring methodology, and generated reports, no refunds, returns, credits, or cancellations are granted once purchase is completed — whether or not you complete the diagnostic or attend the Executive Strategy Review.

Any strategy-review credit issued with your purchase must be redeemed within its stated window (30 days from Strategy Review availability). Unused or expired credits have no cash value and are not refundable. Chargebacks filed in place of contacting support may result in immediate termination of access.

If you believe you were charged in error or duplicated a purchase, contact us through the in-app support form within 7 days and we will review the transaction. Any resolution offered at our discretion is not an admission of a right to refund.

The Diagnostic, its question sets, scoring engine, frameworks, roadmaps, report formats, branding, and all related materials are the proprietary property of Business AI Consulting LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your own reports internally. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, or use the materials to build a competing product or service.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us permission to process it to deliver the service, and to use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our benchmarks and methodology.

You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use the platform unlawfully or on behalf of a third party without authorization.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, content, or pricing at any time; pricing changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business decisions made in reliance on the reports.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or misuse of proprietary content. Sections on intellectual property, payment, no refunds, and liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
